Thanks for the instructions, they save a lot of work!

One question though:

Do you mean by "make help" maybe "make docs"? If so, maybe you can also mention that the packages "latex", "transfig" and "ps2pdf" are needed for this.

Actually, no. The comment about "make help" was meant to show how to get additional options (including things like building the documentation via "make docs", or to build the tools but not the hypervisor by typing "make tools").

However, it's a good idea to mention the documentation, so I'll make the addition you suggest.
